Since I am just starting to venture out into the world of mompreneurship, I thought I would share with everyone some helpful websites and books I found along the way.
I do have to give credit one particular book written by Kim Kiyosaki, “Rich Woman: A Book on Investing for Women.” I love this book, because it motivates you and inspires women to be financially independent regardless of their financial background or current job situation. Check this book out at amazon.com today, it is a definite must read!
A couple of other books on my radar that you may want to check out are:
- The Anti 9-to-5 Guide: Practical Career Advice for Women Who Think Outside the Cube
- Bags to Riches: 7 Success Secrets for Women in Business
- How to Run Your Business Like a Girl: Successful Strategies from Entrepreneurial Women Who Made It Happen
In addition, Entrepreneur magazine has an entire section dedicated to Mompreneurs. You can expect to find success stories and business ideas. They have informative articles on how to get started, time management and organization, business life and what really matters. It’s a great place to start if you are interested in pursuing the life of a mompreneur. Check out the Mompreneur Center now.
