I think everyone is aware of my photography obsession. I love taking pictures and I’m constantly trying to improve my craft. Last year I stocked up on some lenses for my Canon 50D and one of them was the Tamron 28-75mm 2.8. It’s my online zoom lens in my arsenal, but I’ve been struggling with focus and achieving those sharp photos I’ve seen from friends and on flickr.
I was on the edge ready to sell convinced it’s the lenses fault and not me. I even emailed BLANK, to see if she could be of assistance. Well after a few emails I “remembered” that I should do some testing before throwing in the towel. So I searched online for every piece of advice and tips on the Tamron 28-75mm, then I grabbed the kids for some slip in slide fun. I figured if you can nail the focus of a kid sliding down a slip in slide then you shouldn’t have any more problems.
Then I stumbled on yesterday’s Tamron’s newsletter and found even more great tips on how to use the Tamron 28-75mm. Please check out, How to Shoot the Perfect Portrait.
