This year I was totally unprepared for BlogHer, wait I think I say that every year. But this it, I really mean it. So much that I contemplating ducking out early before it even started. We were in a whirlwind this summer with too much going on and not enough time to get any of it done.
But I’m glad I made the trip to see old friends and make new ones.
And I have to thank Sony and Kimberley Blaine for an amazingly fun and relaxing Moms, Photos & Fun event. I had a blast taking a break and I can’t wait for Brian Smith to reveal his masterpieces.
This is my third BlogHer conference and each one was a different experience. The first year I was nervous and painfully shy, I didn’t know who to approach or what to say. My second trip was in New York and I loved it, I loved being able to just sit in the lobby and see all my friends. This year we didn’t stay in the designated hotel so I missed running into people and the actual convention hall seemed so much bigger.
Out of the three New York is my favorite, I was so comfortable and I loved being in such a big city and being able to walk everywhere.
But this trip isn’t without some amazing memories. Most of these pictures were taken with Sony Cybershot – I loved being able to just tuck a camera in a pocket and still get amazing shots.
