Over the past few months I’ve participated in two twitter chats with Avon that have been equally inspiring. There is something amazing about talking and listening to so many women who have become or on their way to becoming successful entrepreneurs.
During November’s twitter chat we discussed gaining confidence and independence with your business.
Face Your Fears
This is one of my biggest challenges as I grow older I realize fear has been holding me back for years. If you give me enough time I can talk myself out of anything from buying the dress I want in the store to take a speaker opportunity ate a conference. But in the last year I’ve been taking mini steps forward, by taking a leap and just doing.
Break out of your Comfort Zone
Another one of my biggest challenges, because the one thing we all love about our comfort zone is that it’s safe and well a comfortable place to be. Fortunately things have changes at my office forcing me out of that comfort zone and while it was nerve wrecking at first I’m starting to love it.
December’s twitter chat was all about earning an income on your own terms. While I’m not a 100% there, I am doing something that I enjoy doing.
Jen is absolutely right, doing something you love and are passionate about is the way to go. Because even when things aren’t going exactly how you planned your passion and love will motivate you to keep pushing forward.
Join us for the final Twitter Chat!
The final Twitter chat in the series will take place on January 21st, 2015 at 12:30pm EST where we will discuss creating profession fulfillment. I hope you can participate, look for #MyAvonStory
